Meet Amy

26 years of marketing; 16 in-house, 10 consulting.

I started my career in retail, running European marketing for global brands including Gap, Banana Republic and Uniqlo, with stints at Selfridges and Boden along the way.

 

I set up my consultancy, The Neon Door, in 2016 to work across the sectors I’m most curious about; femtech, beauty, wellness and women’s health.

I’m a blend of creative and commercial. I love the brand side; getting under the skin of a business and figuring out how to make people care. I love the customer side; finding clever ways to make their lives easier. And I love the commercial side; short timelines, lean budgets, clear KPIs.

I work best with founders and CEOs who want a senior partner, not a deck deliverer.
