The challenge

Biowell Health is a wellness start-up bringing a fresh approach to longevity, recovery and wellbeing. The founders had a clear vision and serious investor backing, but needed a senior marketing partner to help them shape the brand, build the customer-facing platform and lay the marketing foundations before opening the doors, at start-up pace, with start-up discipline.

What I did​

  • Worked alongside the founders as the strategic marketing lead through the prelaunch phase.

  • Helped define the brand positioning, tone of voice and visual identity; briefing and managing creative partners through to roll-out.

  • Led the design and build of the WordPress website end-to-end, including integration with ClassPass and Mindbody for live class booking and membership management.

  • Defined and implemented the Klaviyo CRM and lifecycle programme; segmentation, welcome flows, content planning and ongoing email management.

  • Provided ongoing strategic oversight across the full marketing mix during the investment and prelaunch phase, ensuring decisions were both commercially sharp and on brand.
