A FERTILITY AUDIENCE, ON THEIR LEVEL

The Evewell has a beautiful brand, and a caring, ethical, effective approach to female health and fertility support.

 

The centre is lead by some of the UK's top fertility consultants, but they were also the newest fertility clinic in the market, where both name and reputation mean everything.

Amy was initially brought on board to manage the social media channels (@theevewell), curating content and engaging with the highly engaged TTC (Trying to Conceive) Instagram audience.

​

The TTC community is highly insular, sometimes bruised and often, very delicate. Engaging and getting them to trust brands, isn’t easy. 

 

Amy intrinsically understands the high stakes involved when communicating with these women, and the fine balance that is needed to drive a marketing strategy that is both empathetic and commercial, whilst complying with legal requirements surrounding the sale of medical products.

From a base of almost zero followers, the account quickly gathered pace and has on average a 7% increase in followers every month, with an engagement of around 8%.

​

Since executing their social media strategy successfully, Amy now works with The Evewell on a retained basis to manage the entire marketing programme, including working with external PPC and SEO agencies and leading the CRM and content strategy, with a focus on lead generation and initial consultations.
